Daniella and Jose are great, they gave us a tour and answered all our questions. The apartment was ready for move in and we signed that same day. The building is brand new and the whole leasing office is super helpful and can answer any questions. They helped make move in super easy and stress free. They accommodated and helped a lot! I’m very happy and glad I chose this building as my new home. The amenities are my favorite part.

Took a tour with Daniella on a super busy day. She did an amazing job making space and time for us and completely sold us on the property. We applied that same day!!!!

Daniella was amazing to work with! She was so friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire tour feel easy and stress-free. She answered all of our questions, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made us feel really welcome. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find the right home. We had a great experience touring with her and would definitely recommend asking for Daniella if you’re looking for a new place!

Daniella was absolutely amazing. She toured me on the 1bd and studio floor plan and was super helpful. She answered all my questions and helped me with the application process! She went above and beyond to make this process super easy for me. If your interest in 101 Dania I highly recommend you go see her! The apartment itself and is truly beautiful and getting all the information on the north tower I’m super excited to see it all finished!
