A cleaning service is hired for the common areas, but we expect everyone to help maintain them. Each person is responsible for cleaning their own room. Keeping the common areas clean is very important to us. The room is very bright and functional. It has a double bed. The mattress is less than 6 months old, very comfortable and firm. A large wardrobe and a spacious desk are included. In apartment - 1 full bathroom, 1 toilet. The building is a great place to live: quiet, with respectful neighbors, in a more residential and family-friendly area. There is not much partying in the neighborhood. Camp de lArpa is a very calm area with traditional bars and plenty of shops for daily needs. The location is very well connected metro lines L1, L2, L4, and L5, buses. The roommates are quite relaxed. Nobody smokes inside the apartment or the rooms. Pets and couples are not allowed.
