Please note that the utility bills are not included and amount to an additional 100 EUR for one tenant and 150 EUR for two tenants per month. Internet is included. Administration fees will depend on the duration of the stay. A minimum stay of three months is required. To be accepted, the tenant must present a letter of temporary status (letter from the university, letter from the internship he/she will do, etc.)
