I have 1 room to rent in my home in Badal. We have local shops nearby and public transportation as well. The room is furnished with bed, night desk, desktop, chair and shelving unit. Wifi and water are included in rent. Other utilities are not included. Your cut will be about 35 utilities per month. My new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Ideally, Im looking for someone to stay one month, a non smoker, and not too noisy.
