居住体验很好，就是离百年校区有些远。房间很大，附近也有foodlion. 安全，维修及时。要按照规章制度入住，不然有罚款，哎

公寓设施好，开车3分钟有foodlion，公交只有11路没有wolfline。到centennial校区开车7-8分钟，到main开车15分钟。房子很大很干净，维修也及时。每周五有免费的食物，很开心。安全，非常安全！

小区里没听说有什么安全事件，房子比较新，入住时整洁，office在小区里，房子比较大，报修有用的。
但这地方离NC State很远，开车到最近的校区都要十几分钟，市政公交频次太少，高峰30分，低谷1小时，很不方便。很多小区都有去学校free shuttle了，这家还没有。At&t 信号极差。Deposit 的返还条件比较苛刻。
