I lived here for a year and a half. It is outrageously pricey, and all the furnishings are extremely cheap. Getting someone to come fix something is almost impossible, let alone having them fix it CORRECTLY. Getting ahold of the office was almost impossible and their walk-in hours made it extremely difficult to pick up a package or even pay rent for anyone who worked regular hours. The pool was hardly ever open, and when it was, it closed super early. I had several problems with my keys to get in to my apartment and had to wait outside for several hours to be let in on one occasion. All this to then move out and find out over SIX MONTHS later that there were EXTREMELY OUTRAGEOUS fees to pay that they were "sending me to collections" for when I had never even heard from them to begin with. When I approached them about this, they were extremely unhelpful and basically told me I had no choice but to pay over $700 for new furniture (which I had already paid to have fixed several times), new lightbulbs (which I had requested several times), new paint (which I had just painted before we left), and carpet replacement (when I had the carpet cleaned). Absolutely the worst choice of a place to live. Safe yourself from ridiculous fees. They will catch you in any way that they can in their already highly overpriced horrible apartments.

I am writing this review upon moving out. I just received a charge upwards of $500 that I am contesting with threats of small claims court. Maintenance was good all year, but they needed to be because the amenities were absolutely atrocious. If I had children, I wouldn't let them use the chairs in the kitchen because of their tendency to break. The blinds were broken the entire year due to quality and I was just charged with fixing them. I wouldn't live here again for $200 less per month. The location is poor and the landscaping out front looked like it hadn't seen upkeep since the complex was built. Given the price, I wouldn't recommend anyone pay rent to live here. Consider going elsewhere.
