Please note that this is a self check-in property. Identity verification is required prior to accessing the apartment, with check-in available from 3:00 pm. In line with legal requirements set by local authorities in Portugal, all guests must complete a registration form sent after booking confirmation. The apartment follows a strict non-smoking policy. Any evidence of smoking inside the property may result in a charge, starting from €200. For stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities applies, with an allowance of up to €80 included. For the first days of your stay, essential amenities are provided, including travel-size shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, a sponge, dishwashing liquid and a bin bag. For stays exceeding 7 nights, an intermediate cleaning and laundry service is available upon request via the platform at least 36 hours in advance. This service includes the replacement of bed linen and towels, cleaning of floors and bathroom, and replenishment of basic amenities such as toiletries and toilet paper. Please note that dishwashing and rubbish removal are not included. Cleaning takes place between 11:00 am and 5:00 pm on the scheduled day. Additional cleaning services are available at an extra cost. Extra linen and towels for two guests are available for €30.
