This lovely house is located close to IST - Instituto Superior Técnico, in an area with plenty of transport and services. This apartment has been recently renovated and furnished, and it looks fantastic. There are 6 bedrooms, all with a bed, nightstand, two-door wardrobe, desk, and chair. Four of them have double beds, the other two have twin beds. Rooms 1, 2 and 3 are so big just look at the photos that it's almost like having a part of the house all to yourself! Bedroom 1 also has a balcony - how wonderful! Rooms 4, 5, and 6 have windows facing the back of the building. The apartment has a great ambience, with frescoed walls and beautiful wooden floors. It also has detailed ceilings, giving it more history. It is important to know that in addition to the weekly cleaning of the common areas rooms are cleaned every two weeks, with a change of bed sheets. As a resident, you are directly responsible for the actions of any guests you bring to the property and, as such, will be held responsible for any damage that may occur. Guests are welcome during the day or night, but cannot stay overnight. If you want to have a direct relative sleep in your room, you need to ask the Apartment Supervisor for permission. If a stay is allowed, there will be a cost of 5 per night. Check-in takes place between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m.
