There is a beautiful view on the street from the bedrooms. There is a common balcony and corridor just before the apartment. The place is just few seconds walk from the Wawel castle. The bus/tram stops are just 2 minutes walks from the building. The place is very quiet with absolutely no noise from outside. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (1st staircase). The deposit shall cover 1 monthly rent + utilities/bills in the value of one month calculated in excess. The deposit is only an amount withheld by the Lessor as collateral and a guarantee for the entire rental period. The security deposit is not a form of payment of the last monthly rent. The Lessor is reasonable, always ready to understand and help the tenants. The bedroom in the apartment on the right with the regular big bed is as well fully furnished (queen-size bed, bedside table, desk, lamps, curtains, long and big table, chairs). The bed is spacious and comfortable. The sofa-bed is spacious and comfortable. There is a very good Wi-Fi in the apartment with unlimited transfer of data and good speed. The tenants can use more Wi-Fi networks. There is a service of bed linen and towels available for the tenants. The cost of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rent.
