What types of rooms do you offer?

We offer three different types of room in Irvine. Do note however, that not all properties we list offer all three room types.

Shared Rooms are apartments where two people share a single bedroom. Bathroom and kitchen are also shared.

Private Rooms are a housing option that will get you a private bedroom just for yourself. The bathroom can be either private or shared, depending on the property. Other facilities are shared with other students.

Entire Place is a completely private, fully self-contained apartment. You’ll have your own bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette without having to share anything. The perfect choice for people who love some privacy!

Do you list fully furnished apartments?

Yes, typically the apartments we list in Irvine are rented fully furnished. Make sure you check on the property page to see that this is the case with the apartment you’re interested in though, as sometimes different landlords may have different policies.

Are bills included in the rent?
