You’ll be living across the street from University of Denver, so you can walk to the heart of campus in around five minutes. If you’re studying at University of Colorado Denver, you can drive to class in 15 minutes, or take the bus and Light Rail to get there in around 35 minutes. When you want to get downtown, it’s an easy 40-minute trip by bus or light rail. If you’d like to escape the city, drive out of town to spend the day hiking in the Rocky Mountain National Park. There’s parking and bike storage onsite.
Back at One Observatory Park, you can choose to live in a studio or one-bedroom apartment, or share a two-bedroom place with a friend. If you decide to share, you’ll have your own private bathroom and bedroom, and there’s plenty of space in the shared kitchen, dining room and living room to study, relax or socialise with friends.
Each morning, look out over panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains and Downtown Denver, before grabbing a cold drink from the refrigerator in your fully-equipped kitchen and making your way to the 24-hour health and fitness hub for a workout. Afterwards, head to the rooftop Aqua Lounge for a swim or spa session, or sit out on your apartment’s balcony as you read through your study notes before class. Throw your workout clothes in the washer/dryer so that they’re ready for next time.
Choose an outfit from your walk-through closet, then make your way to campus, taking the elevator to the Cyber Café and Lounge to meet your friends on the way.
