Jump on the shuttle bus to be in your classes at UIUC in around 10 minutes, and at the weekend catch it to cruise over to the local Meijer grocery store. If you want to explore farther afield, hop on a bus just outside your door and head to Illinois Terminal train station, where you can catch a train to Chicago.
Back at The Pointe at U of I, you can head to the common area to relax. Shoot some pool with your friends, or hit the fitness center for a good workout. Then, walk outside and dive into the pool to cool off and splash around with your neighbors. You can rest on one of the sun loungers, or sink into an outdoor armchair on the courtyard under a parasol. When hunger strikes, head over to the grills and gather your friends for a cookout.
If you need to catch up on your assignments, grab your books and sit in the computer lab, or connect to the internet in your apartment and bounce ideas off your classmates. You can head through to the large lounge when you need a break, or microwave a snack and enjoy it on your patio or balcony. Then, load the dishwasher and put some laundry on in the washer dryer, before heading to your ensuite bathroom to freshen up.
You can rest assured that the on-site management and maintenance teams are always on hand if you have any questions. Utilities like water, electricity, gas and internet are included in your rent, so you don’t need to worry about getting an unexpected bill.
