Government Re-introduction of National Lockdown

In the event of sudden national lockdown due to COVID-19 Pandemic, students who decide to vacate Swuite Galway early will be liable only for fees already paid to date.

Full refund will only be offered in an event of Swuite Galway sudden closure

Short Term Lease Cancellation Policy

Should you cancel your booking within 48 hours of paying required Room Deposit you will be refunded your deposit in full (€400).

Should you cancel your booking after the 48-hour period but 30 days prior to arrival date you will be refunded your deposit less administrative charge of €50.00

Should you cancel your booking within 28 days prior to arrival date you will be refunded your deposit less administrative charge of €100.00

Long Term Lease:

Cancellation of accommodation (before commencement of licence period)

Unless the context otherwise requires, words and expressions defined in your Licence to reside shall have the same meaning in this Cancellation Policy

Room Deposit Payment is required withing seven (7) working days of making your booking

Cancellation applies from the time Room Deposit Payment is made and Licence to Reside is Issued
