The hardest part about getting to class from Ella Lofts is dragging yourself from your luxurious double bed. Choose an outfit from your walk-in closet, fix yourself a quick bite to eat in the kitchen, then make the six-minute walk to Texas State University. Keep a car in the covered parking for exploring on weekends, or make the most of the bus stop down the street. In half an hour, you could be shopping for designer labels at San Marcos Premium Outlets, or watching a football game at Bobcat Stadium.
When you get home to your fully furnished apartment, kick back on the living room sofa in front of your favorite cable TV series. If you’d rather work out, head to the fitness center for a run on the treadmill, or clear your head with a spell in the yoga room. When you’re done, emerge feeling focused and able to concentrate on your studies at your bedroom desk. Use the high-speed internet for research, or meet your friends in the study room for a brainstorming session instead.
With work out the way, you can spend the rest of the day however you like. Play a few rounds of pool in the games room, or cool off with a dip in the infinity pool. Later, make the most of the water being included in your rent with a long shower, put a load on to wash in the laundry, then head up to the rooftop lounge. Swap stories with your friends around the firepit, before heading out to dinner at your favorite local restaurants. Try Pie Society for artisan pizza, or Root Cellar Café for gourmet American cuisine.
