When your alarm goes off in the morning, head to the coffee and tea bar at Bivens Cove Apartments for fuel to start your day. Make time for an early morning workout in the cardio fitness room or practice your breaststroke in one of two swimming pools. While you’re up, get ahead on chores - there are laundry facilities on site.
After class, stop in at the Butler Plaza to pick up supplies for dinner, or just grab some salmon rolls to take out from Sushi Matsuri. Work up an appetite before dinner shooting hoops with your housemates on the basketball court or challenging a friend to a game of tennis. You could even top up your Florida glow with a session on the free tanning beds or sunbathing on the beds next to the pool.
When you want to chill out indoors, head back to your apartment to watch cable or browse Facebook on your high speed internet. You can also bring your cat or dog from home, as Bivens Cove is pet friendly. When it’s time for bed, you’ll sleep well in your new bed knowing that everything has been taken care of. As well as 24-hour emergency maintenance, there is also a courtesy officer on site. You don’t have to worry about paying multiple bills as water and sewer rates are included in your rent.
