You live so close to campus that you can walk to Harvard University in around 20 minutes from your home at Waverly Apartments — or cut your commute to six minutes when you go by bike. It’s a 22-minute cycle ride to Massachusetts Institute of Technology, or you can drive there in 14 minutes. Boston University is a 16-minute bike ride, or 36-minute bus ride from home. It’s easy to get around because three major bus lines run nearby.
You’ll share your two- or three-bedroom place at Waverly Apartments with friends. You’ll share a modern bathroom, kitchen and spacious living area, and you’ll have your own comfortable bedroom where you can study and relax. If you’d like to bring a pet, dogs and cats are welcome.
After a long day at class, make your way through the secure entry and head to your room to drop your book bag. Say hello to your roommate as you grab a drink from the fully-equipped kitchen, then connect to the internet and get ahead on your latest assignment.
When you’ve finished studying, take a load of laundry to the onsite facilities and drop off your recycling, then swing by the barbecue lounge to catch up with your neighbours and grill a burger for dinner. If you’d rather eat out, there are lots of restaurants nearby, including Alfredo’s which serves delicious pizza and pasta.
It’s easy to manage your money because utilities like electric, gas, water, sewer, heat and trash are all included in your rent.
