For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control. There is a condominium fee of to be paid monthly. Internet is 30 euros per month. Each guest is required to pay for Florence tourist tax in cash upon check-in.
