Given the success of our first coliving in Colombes, we opened a new residence in the district of Petit-Colombes.
This old family building has been completely renovated to accommodate 8 colivers. It offers all the comfort necessary for community life with its garden-terrace, loggias and traditional kitchen open onto the living room. Ideally located near the transilien line J and the T2 tram, you will benefit from a direct access to Paris and La Défense. To breathe and do your jogging, nothing better than a walk on the banks of the Seine river.
As for private spaces, we have prepared 8 units in total, including five bedrooms with private bathrooms, two bedrooms with shared bathrooms and a private studio. In addition to its functionality, our Mimosa residence, will offer you a garden to enjoy a dinner with roommates and a workshop / bicycle garage useful to connect Paris in a few pedal strokes.
