Please note that the security deposit and admin fee have to be paid shortly after your booking got accepted and before the move-in. Move-ins are done *ONLY* during weekdays! Also, you always have to cancel the contract with the accommodation provider the latest 2 months prior moving out. Contract can always be terminated on the 15th or end of the month, except December where move out is only possible at the end of the month. Please note that 2 business days are needed to confirm the booking, sign the contract, and transfer advanced payments. Pictures are representative only. All our studios are fully equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. Enjoy the many amenities at your disposal, including a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed with a premium mattress and bedside tables, an ensuite bathroom, and a versatile area with a table and two chairs, perfect to work or dine. While regular cleaning is not included, it can be booked upon request.Please note, if you are booking as a couple, there will be an additional 200€ charge added to the price of the studio.
