Booking Terms
Cancellation PolicyIn case of cancellation, the bond will be refunded in full minus any bank fees. Please note that the first month's rent is nonrefundable.
If the student is delayed or unable to come into Melbourne due to border restrictions, we can instead defer or delay a rental agreement start date. This is free of charge however the student will need to demonstrate that the delay is due to extenuating circumstances
