The Gates at Rexburg

From your two-level townhome at The Gates at Rexburg, your studies will always be within easy reach. Roll out of bed and hop in your car outside in the free parking lot for the three-minute drive to Brigham Young University-Idaho. But if you don’t feel like taking your car, you can just put on your backpack and walk 20 minutes over to campus.

After school, go grocery shopping and stock up the two refrigerators in your kitchen, before cleaning up by loading the dishwasher. After you’ve complete your assignments for the day, you can head to one of the communal areas to hang out and get your mind off homework. Plan a movie night in the 40-seat theater, which comes equipped with couches and a big screen. Afterwards, you can play the Xbox 360 or a game of foosball and warm up by the fireplace.

If you want to get your heart pumping, shoot a few hoops on the basketball court or get a good workout in at the fitness center. Then join in a barbecue by the two grills while you play Frisbee on the lawn. You can grab a burger and gather around one of the outdoor fire pits, or head to the balcony in your home to cap off your busy day.

Go back to your bedroom and step into the attached bathroom to wash up in the tub or shower. Throw on your pyjamas and lay back on your large bed with your laptop. Connect to Wi-Fi in your apartment to start researching a project for your new class. Cable TV and utilities like water, electricity and internet are also included in your apartment, so you won’t have to worry about extra costs.
