Base yourself at The Arch at Columbia and you’ll be able to walk to class at the University of Missouri in around 35 minutes. The shuttle service will take you to campus in around five minutes but, if you have your own transport, you can drive to class in around the same time, or cycle there in 14 minutes. There’s controlled gate access, and on-site parking and bike storage.
Back in your apartment, drop your books on your desk and freshen up in your private bathroom. Choose an outfit from your walk-in closet, then connect to the free high-speed internet and get started on your college work. If you’d rather work with friends, organise a study session in the coffee bistro, or work together in the computer lab.
With work over for the day, you’ll be free to meet friends by the resort-style pool. Go for a swim, top up your tan on the deck, then shoot some hoops on the basketball court. If you need to clear your head, work up a sweat in the the 24-hour fitness center.
When hunger strikes, cook up a feast on the outdoor grill, then chat to friends around the outdoor fireplace. When the sun sets, head to the tavern-style game room to play some pool, or get to know your neighbors in the clubhouse.
When you need some time to yourself, you’ll find everything you need to cook dinner in your apartment kitchen. Eat with your roommates in the spacious dining area, then relax on the sofa and watch cable TV. There’s a washer dryer in every apartment, and water and an electricity allowance are included in your rent.
