From your apartment at Winthrop Place you can walk to class at Loyola University in 10 minutes. To drive to class at the University of Illinois, Chicago or the University of Chicago it’s less than 30 minutes, and only a 15-minute drive to Lincoln Park campus at DePaul University. For exploring Downtown you’re a three-minute walk away from Red Line trains. Hop on and spend the afternoon exploring inspiring collections from Monet to Andy Warhol at the Art Institute of Chicago.
After class, leave your car in your assigned on-site parking space, then hop in the elevator to help carry your books up to the apartment. Relax in comfort in a private studio or one-bedroom apartment, with plenty of living area space to invite friends over for a cozy night in.
Grab groceries from one of the many supermarkets in the neighborhood, then use your modern kitchen to cook up a feast for lunch. Let the dishwasher take care of the aftermath, while you take a brisk walk over to the lakefront, or grab your bike and head three blocks west for the start of the lakefront bike path.
After a busy day exploring, return to your air-conditioned apartment and take a break from the Chicago humidity while you study. Later, you can use the on-site facilities to get through your laundry pile, then open your spacious double closets to store it away.
