You’ll be living on a quiet street just off Massachusetts Avenue, so there are great public transport links that can get you anywhere in the city. From 9 & 15 Chester Street, it’s a one-minute walk to your closest bus stop. From there, you can reach Harvard University in 15 minutes, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 35. If you keep a car in the on-site parking lot, you can get to class even faster as it’s an eight-minute drive to Harvard or 20 to MIT.
At the end of a busy day, come home to your private studio apartment. Rifle through the closet for something comfy to change into, before dropping your dirty clothes off at the on-site laundry. Curl up on your comfortable bed and make a start on your reading, or get started on your assignments at your bedroom desk. When you move in, you can opt to have your apartment pre-furnished, or you can have fun choosing your own furniture instead.
With work out the way, take a relaxing bath. As heating and hot water costs are included, you can use all the water you need. After a long soak, invite your friends or classmates over for dinner. Stock up on delicious fresh produce at the nearby Pemberton Farms & Garden Center, then whip up something delicious in your fully equipped kitchen.
Load the dirty pots and pans into the dishwasher when you’re done. If you don’t feel like cooking, go out for dinner at one of your local neighborhood restaurants. Try The Elephant Walk for mouthwatering French-Cambodian fusion, or fill up on authentic Japanese ramen at Yume Wo Katare.
