The mission of Graduate House is to provide a living, learning environment which fosters the intellectual development and personal growth of all residents so as to ensure the academic and social success of each resident who makes their home at Graduate House.
The majority of students at Graduate House are postgraduate, with some mature undergraduates, making for a diverse community that includes singles, couples and families from around the world. There are regular social activities, study groups and developmental programs available to all residents.
Units are bedsit, (single and couple) two bedroom and three bedrooms with cooking facilities provided along with furniture, fridge and stoves.
University of Wollongong Student Accommodation has received recognition for their efforts in changing behavioural norms towards alcohol in university residences by being awarded Level 1 Accreditation from UniCan in all sites, Keiraview being recognised at Level 2. Only recently implemented in Australia, the University of Wollongong student residences are leading the way in Australian student residences with their programs. The ‘Alcohol Accreditation’ Program, UniCAN, is a national initiative by A+D Education Specialists and is designed to change alcohol norms in university residential properties.
