iQ Brickworks

At iQ Brickworks, you’ll be based just a 15-minute walk from York St John University and less than a 25-minute walk from the University of York. Jump out of bed in the morning, and fit in a morning workout in the on-site gym or take a walk around the lovely landscaped gardens. Then, head back to your apartment to take a hot shower in your ensuite bathroom before class.

After university is done for the day, stroll back to iQ Brickworks to unwind. If you’re hungry, pick up some pizzas from the nearby Morrisons supermarket and cook them with your housemates in the kitchen. Spend a night in playing table tennis with friends in the communal room, or connect to the high-speed Wi-Fi to catch up on the latest arrivals on Netflix.

When you need to get started on your assignments, find yourself a base in the on-site study room, or make a cup of tea and settle down at the desk in your room to work. If you need any help, you’ll be free to ask one of the community ambassadors you’ll find around The Brickworks for help.

You won’t have to worry about unexpected bills during your stay at iQ Brickworks, as all utilities are included in your rent. You’ll also have extra peace of mind with 24-hour CCTV cameras installed inside and outside, as well as key fob entry to the buildings. An out-of-hours service will also be available if you have any problems, whatever the time of day.
