Location Renovated at the end of 1980s, Montorgueil Street's neighborhood is an extension of Les Halles. Its streets, newly made of cobblestones, are now roads closed to traffic. Montorgueil is a market place where bakers, cheese mongers, and market gardeners are lined up: all the colors and aromas make the travelers feel like they are in little villages in the countryside of France. There are lots of restaurants and bars in the streets nearby. Building and orientation The apartment is located on the 4th floor of an old building typical of Paris' central areas, with no elevator. The apartment overlooks a quiet paved street where the traffic is very limited. Layout of the apartment Conceived to guarantee a comfortable stay, this lovely apartment has 2 perfectly designed rooms. The entrance opens onto the living room consisting of an open-plan kitchen equipped with a fridge, a microwave and a dishwasher. To complete the room that is decorated in a contemporary way, there are a dining table, a 140 cm sofa bed and a flat screen TV. An entrance leads to the bathroom where there are a shower tub and the toilets. The partition separating the bedroom is semi-glazed, which adds more light and a workshop-like style to the flat. The bedroom is equipped with two 80 cm beds that can be twinned to form a 160 cm double bed and a closet. Both rooms overlook a quiet and charming paved street.
