Please note in order to be accepted, you must forward some documents: ID/passport enrollment from University/internship or work contract payslips from your guarantor as well as a passport from them. Also once you are accepted through Uniplaces, are requested to transfer to your landlord the deposit, admin fee before move-in, and cleaning final fee before the move-out. Move-ins can be scheduled during weekdays only. Pets are allowed but have a deposit extra fee of 500.
