Walk 15 minutes to the University of Sydney, and 20 minutes to the University of Technology Sydney. On weekends, you’re a four-minute walk from your closest bus stop. From there, head out to Sydney Fish Markets to shop for fresh seafood amidst the local vendors, or take the bus to Circular Quay for a day trip to famous Manly Beach.

After a busy day, rifle through your built-in wardrobe for your swimsuit, then grab a towel and wander down the road to Victoria Park Pool. Join a fitness class in the adjacent gym, or spend a moment cooling off in the pool’s clear waters.

You can make the most of your all-inclusive utilities as water, gas and electricity usage as well as 10 GB data per person per month are included in your rent. Come home from class to a nice hot shower, take your clothes to the on-site laundry room, before grabbing a snack from the mini-fridge and using the Wi-Fi to research a paper at your own desk.
