    A 2 week-rent deposit is required once the booking is confirmed, the deposit is fully refundable if at least 4 weeks' notice is given in writing to us prior to cancellation; the deposit is not refundable if the cancellation is requested verbally or in writing shorter than 4 weeks' notice, this policy also covers cancellation if affected by Covid.
