The apartments in our student dorm in Graz, Austria, are 20 to 28 square metres big and some even come with their own little garden. Every apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom. Use the desk and the highspeed internet to study all night, or use the roof top, community living room and the club room to party until the sun rises. The Location

Location is key!
