    This is my second year living at North38 and my sister lived here when she lived in the area a couple years ago. They have drastically changed for the better just within the time I've lived here. First, they changed management companies as well as maintenance companies and they are 10X better. Last year it took them 4 weeks+ to get to a single request but with the new company it takes less than a week if not a few days. Second, they have also drastically upgraded the apartments. The apartments have new furniture, new tv's, and new flooring which really makes the place look nice. Third, all the staff are super nice and helpful and really care for the residents. They are constantly listening to the residents comments and concerns and actually changing things that are not working. They put on a ton of giveaways and events that the residents actually want to participate in. Lastly, the amenities are amazing and are things I actually use regularly so it is worth the money staying here. I love the car wash, fenced in dog area, pool, whole clubhouse, and community over all.

When you want to head downtown and explore Virginia’s first designated Arts & Culture district, it’s a seven-minute drive. There are car care facilities on site at North 38 Apartments.

    After an action-packed day, you’ll find that you’re happy to hang out with your friends at home. Take a dip in the resort-style pool and top up your tan on the deck; on chilly days, you can use the free tanning beds and tanning capsule instead. Get together with friends in the 24-hour clubhouse, and play some pool or watch the game on the big screen TV while you sip a free Starbucks coffee. If you’re feeling active, work up a sweat in the fully-equipped fitness center.

    You’ll find it easy to focus on your college work in your spacious ensuite room. If you’d rather work with friends, get together in a private conference room, or grab a seat in the computer lab which has high-speed internet access and free printing.

    Back in your airy apartment, you’ll find lots of space to relax with your roommates. Cook dinner together in the fully equipped kitchen, then take your plate out onto the balcony or terrace to enjoy your meal alfresco.
