||Currently in the process of learning the basics of the Japanese language, studying Katakana, Hirigana and Kanji, Photography, graphic design, art, singing, playing piano, the paranormal and supernatural, ghost hunting, watching futurama, family guy, the oblongs, CSI, Medium and mission hill, InuYasha, and falling in love with a new Anime each passing day.|
||Spirited Away, Kiki's Delivery Service, other Hayao Miyazaki films, Edward Scissorhands, The 10th Kingdom, Dracula: Ascension, The Nightmare Before Christmas, The Forgotten, The Village, The Grudge, The Ring, Arabian Knight.|
||Anything that today's teens DONT listen to. (rap, hip-hop, pop.. etc.) I prefer 80's hits and composed music before all other styles.|
||Hayao Miyazaki- simply because of his amazing talents and his vast imagination. Other than him, I don't like too many celebs. They usually have horrible personalities, but if I had to choose a favorite, it would probably be Johnny Depp, just because he's suave and unique... not to mention quite a looker.|
||Japanese food. Sushi... Oishii ^_^|
||Truth be told, I like confucius quotes. They are rather interesting and true to themselves. Here are a few. A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. Everything has beauty, but not everyone sees it. To know what is right and not to do it is the worst cowardice. Worry not that no one knows of you; seek to be worth knowing. Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life. It is easy to hate and it is difficult to love. This is how the whole scheme of things works. All good things are difficult to achieve; and bad things are very easy to get. When it is obvious that the goals cannot be reached, don't adjust the goals, adjust the action steps. Silence is the true friend that never betrays. A man who does not plan long ahead will find trouble right at his door.|
||Someone to talk to|
Friendship with a guy
||Intelligence, sense of adventure, sense of humor and moral values. I like people who are different, a new face, a new style. I don't date the type of guy that I see everyday. When someone stands out, I will give them attention. He can even be shy, but if he has a distinctly unique character, he will surely get me to look his way. Looks are good, but I don't base my oppinion on them alone. But because we are on the topic, I will tell you that I am really starting to like the looks of Asian men- this probably comes with my growing interest in Asian culture.|
||Cocky, shallow guys. Arrogance and ignorance. Guys who THINK everyone finds them attractive. Boring people that have no sense of adventure are a huge turn off for me. Really well known and/or popular guys will not get my attention. They get enough of it elsewhere already. Needless to say- girls. Sorry ladies, but that's just not my thing.|
I am a 16 year old female living in Tennessee... although you probably could have gathered that much if you read the above. I am single- as usual. This rarely changes because I have a problem finding someone who I think is worth my time. I am not cocky or conceited- not in any way. But I do want someone who will make my life worth while, and I haven't found that yet.
I have a great interest in the paranormal as well. It is a passion of mine. I will read or look into anything that has to do with the topic. But my greatest interest at the moment is anything to do with Japan and it's amazing culture.
To tell you some things about me that you may not already know: Disclaimer (lol) I don't judge people, and I prefer not to be judged in return. Just because I see it one way, doesn't mean that's the way it is. So keep that in mind when you read the following I am being homeschooled for my sophomore year.
I love anime of all kinds, but InuYasha is my favorite show.
I love to draw- ESPECAILLY anything with the anime-style.
I am a Christian and my actions are based on my beliefs. However, I am not a bible-thumper. Don't be discouraged to talk to me, because I won't judge you on what you may or may not believe in.
I've made my mistakes, and I have learned from them.
I, presonally, don't like the "popular" stereotype people. The ones I know are superficial, selfish and fake. They give me a hard time, because I do not go with their little crowd. I'm not saying that all of the people on the in-crowd share this in common, but just because you are popular does not mean I will like you.
I am taking Japanese for my foreign language. (if you know any Japanese, or speak it fluently, I could really use your help ;)
I have high hopes to study abroad in Japan while in college.
I am relatively nice, unless you piss me off. I have taken too much from people that have purposely upset me through the past years, and I no longer desire to put up with it.
I'm NOT in any way a party girl. I am more reserved and self-controlled. I can get out of hand every once in a while, but it's rare. I don't drink or do drugs, because I find them disgusting and a weakness.
I don't have a favorite style of music at this moment, but I tend to steer clear from todays pop, hip-hop and rap.
I have a clearly internet-based life. I have various sites that I belong to as a member. If you would like to know some of them, you can contact me via AIM, MSN or Yahoo!
That's about all I care to share with you. If you have any questions, you can tag me or IM me anytime.
