Graduate of proprietary school with direct emphasis upon Graphic Arts. 25+ years of active involvement in Adult Education as a Graphic Arts instructor, Graphic Arts Program Coordinator with expanded experience in Student Services with emphasis upon pro-active "problem solving".
I did attend New Mexico State University with a major in Police Science. I'm a former police officer that had dreams of practicing law. Things change like getting married and then having a supervisor KIA and later, a sector partner was also shot.
Gave up my law enforcement career. Relocated and found a college that offered Graphic Design and here I am 25+ years later working at the college that I graduated from.
Have seen too many students struggle because of "learning difficulties" and "financial complications".
My only intent is to help based on my professional experience and offer possible solutions that I have found that would help resolve a student's financial issues.
