Things I Happen to Like
The company of your best friends on a bad day, a nice bowl of hot, steamy soup, a beautifully fallen snow shower in the middle of the night, snow days w/ no school, long hot baths after a long day, the feeling that I get when I know I can go home from work, payday Thursdays, running in the woods in the dead of winter with the cold air frosting my face and hair, listening to music in my room, drinking hot chocolate and watching Christmas movies, sitting around the dinner table on the holidays talking to family, taking naps during 5th period when everyone else is in school, not having to drive to Taylor anymore, reading weird away messages, eating chocolate or anything sweet...actually, eating food period!, riding my bike in the summertime, late nights w/ friends watching Sex & the City, cuddling while watching tv w/ the person you love, reading a good book, sitting in beanbag chairs, taking pictures of everyone and everything, buying the people I love gifts, turning my car stereo up when my favorite song comes on, when my gas gauge reads "Full", going sledding and watching your friends make complete fools of themselves, doing donuts on a freshly snow layed parking lot, having no homework, pep rallies, going to football games with all of your friends, going to wicked parties after the homecoming football game, feeling sexy in a new outfit, staying up late knowing you don't have to get up in the morning, when you come back to your computer and everyone left you a message on AIM, going to the movies, watching scary movies, winning a track meet, running with the front pack in cross country and/or track, feeling like a winner, not being injured, snowball fights wit your friends, being in love, doing your best, eating your favorite food when you're starving, eating fruit, doing really well on a test and/or final, getting straight A's in school, doing well on the SAT and/or ACT, talking to a crush for hours about nothing, movie nights with your closest friends, getting cards on your birthday, the feeling you get when you wake up on Christmas morning, having a great hair day, being healthy, watching your favorite show, and just having a good day!
Things I Happen to Not Like
People eating w/ their mouths open, seeing someone pick their nose in public, accidently falling or dropping something in front of everyone, being hurt (physically or emotionally), not performing your best, getting a bad grade in class, cold and rainy days, when the sun never comes out on a gloomy day, when your shoes get wet inside and you don't have an extra pair, when you accidently roll your ankle on a run, when bugs fly in your mouth and/or eyes, getting mosquito bites, having the worse hangover ever, not remembering anything that happened the night before but knowing you did something you shouldn't have, when you fight with your friends, when the school makes up gay rules about dress code, when you miss your favorite tv show on accident, when you're really tired but you know you still have 2 hours of homework left, falling asleep in class, reading a bad book, slipping on ice, losing a contact, stepping in dog poop, having to use the bathroom really bad but there's no bathroom around anywhere, going to bathroom and realizing there is no toilet paper, having a really bad runny nose, having a bad hair day, getting pimples, being sick, having to give the dog a bath, mowing the grass, really humid weather, below 30 degree weather, having to warmup your car and scrape your windows in the morning, being stupid and wearing flip-flops in the snow, going to the mall without any money, feeling lonely, being dumped, being hit in the ear with a snowball, playing in the snow with no gloves, having to shovel snow in the driveway, accidently hitting a parked car, paying bills, being in debt, not getting very many work hours the week you need money most, when the boy you really like starts dating another girl, when you're really hungry and the restaurant you've been craving isn't open, getting pulled over, having to go to court for something stupid you did, taking finals, doing poorly on a test, having food on your face, infected piercings, and falling down while roller or ice skating...
