I'm a 23 yo college student working on my business degree. I'm majoring in business management and minoring in accounting. After I complete my degree I'll be attending an Italian culinary school in NYC that will also send me off to Italy to study and work. Its my dream to be a head chef in my own restaurant. I see far too many amazing restaurants closing so I've decided to get all the education I can so that mine will be a success! Anything else you'd like to know, just ask! (:
