What and who are the most important things and people in your life and why? The most important things in my life? Well, my experiences, because they've shaped who I am. Ian, because he is my true love, and he helped me up when no one else would. And lastly, my Spirituality, because it gives me comfort, and makes me feel like I have a purpose, and yet so much freedom.
How do you spend your free time? Well, I swim when it's nice out and I'm bored, because we have a swimming pool. I love to read, and spend time on the religion forum. I love to learn new new things. I most often am spending time either on the phone with my boyfriend, Ian, and whenever he can be with me, he is (we're in a long distance relationship, but thankfully, we're spending most of the summer together). I like being on the internet and taking personality quizzes and the like. I enjoy watching movies and listening to music. I enjoy being out in nature, as well.
How do you feel about school? I really didn't like highschool. I got my GED in May, so thankfully highschool is over for me. I guess I just had a really rough time in my personal life, and the last thing I was able to concentrate on was school, and that made it pretty damn hard. I know I used to love school in grade school, and in some of middle school, but after I hit my first depression, I just didn't care anymore. I love learning, but in highschool, it just seemed a lot of the teachers sucked the life out of whatever it was they were teaching. It became so mundane. I do think an education is fairly important, but I know I was incredibly pressured to do well in school and go to college - partially from myself -, and now I realize it's not all that important. A formal education is great, but some of the greatest geniuses ever never had formal educations, and I know some people with master's degrees who are incredibly stupid. I'm an intelligent person, and I hate it when people judge me because I didn't get my diploma and I don't view a formal education as that important.
What is the first thing people notice about you when they meet you aside from what you look like? Probably that I'm well-spoken, intelligent and opinionated. They probably also see me as a fairly serious person, and not necessarily all that sociable, though I do try and be sociable.
Seeing 2020 - Pretend it's the year 2020. Tell us about your life in 2020. In 2020 I'll be 33. I will most certainly be married to Ian, and my kids will probably be anywhere from 8-10 years old. We should be financially stable, and hopefully have a very happy, loving home.
