How far apart were you, and how did it work out?  (14 answers)  boxocereal: Yes, for a year and a half then he moved to be with me.  coyotewrestler89: Yes, I am in a long distance relationship right now, as my Girlfriend is in college. I can honestly say because of our Christian backgrounds, we are still as strong today as we were when we first started dating.  kellcah16: I'm in one now. We're about 3000 miles or so apart, and it's been going good(it's hard, but we try hard so it works).  alien13_2000: Yes I am currently in one...he lives about 45 minutes away, we are both in school right now...and working on the weekends , but I just got a new job so I may be able to see him more but it will be hard cuz he lives out in the country and has to travel about 20 minutes to get to work...I seriously hop eit works out for me cuz that would be 8 months down the drain...he moved away after about 5 months of dating, int he summer it was awesome cuz we would spend so much time together cuz he would stay at my house for like a weelk at a time, then school started  Cardtrickster: Yes my Dad died in 1994, 10 days before my 18th birthday. I had a awesome 14 year old girlfriend, the first that I actually got along with. Her parents loved me, she was Christian...ect. We were together for 3 months. My Mom was already living up here in New Hampshire since I was 10. I was idealistic, and thought that we'd be together for ever. After a month of being up, from (Florida) I realized it wasn't fair to either of us if we stayed together. Hell, I haven't even been down there since 1994, 10 YEARS. I lost my personal phone book with her number.
