[and please dont say Armageddon] (16 answers)  gayguyinsussex: sadly they are unsolveable  morrigirl: If anyone actually KNEW don't you think we would have wiped it all out by now?  cheshire_cat: i think, to a certain point, education will help, but in no way, solve all these problems. the majority of the human race will always be ignorant, but they like it that way, so they'll never be willing to change. look at bush for example, he's going to war with iraq, of which 75 percent of people are farmers, and for what? all he's gona kill is innocent people. that's the kind of stuff kids are growing up with. no wonder the human race is the way it is.  artsymodel: I agree with 3/4 of these responses. There won't be an absolute. Racism will always be here. Discrimination is inevitable. People have differnt wants for society and people think there's a right and a wrong way and they don't want to quit and let the "wrong way" win.Well, I don't think we should worry too much about these things because if we do, we'll hate things because it's always going to seem like too much goes on. One thing that would minimize these problems would be media involvement. I don't think they should stop getting information for people though. But if we didn't have T. V. or a radio, we'd think the world were a better place. Well, the only solution that would totally stop hatred would be a lack of any kind of diversity. I don't even mean cloning. I mean a bunch of "humans" that didn't do anything. Maybe they could stay in their houses all day and not have any contact with people whatsoever. Then they'd have to make their own food. That would solve all problems with people. But we'd still have some kinds of problems and that is impossible soooo....the only thing left is Armageddon. We have to deal with the bad because so much good is out there too. It would be no fun to be neutral. At times like these I go into my room and play some music and try to write poetry or a song, i also get my guitar and play it. I find that music is my best escape from life and all its ordeals. But that is just my way of dealing with it, others may have other ways. It all just depends on the person.  gayguyinsussex: yes i do, i just get on with it + think about good times  Guest Valencia_16: yeah, lately. i try to deal with it by not thinking about the cause for my behavior and by eating or staying active. but really, i haven't really found anything to stop me from feeling the way i do. depression gives you a headache fo real and stress piled onto it is no help either. when you have a good reason then tag me back and let me know, so until then, basketball and running my cure.  artsymodel: yeah, kind of. i'm pretty down right now but i wore out my emotional side when i was 15 and 16 soo i don't feel things much anymore. well, maybe i do, but i'm not as dramatic as i was then i guess. i guess my problems are a little different now i don't know. but once you've thought about ending it, you don't want to think like that again. but i don't like to think about death anymore but i find it sneaking up on me anyway. i usually just dwell on things for a while. i don't really have any solutions. i'm stablily depressed and stressed.  HeavenlieAllie: yeah, music is my transport out of the craziness of the life.. and writing things like poems or music  seashelle: Yeah. I don't have a huge problem with them, but they wouldn't be my best friends. %% of people I just don't like. And the other 5% are really good people. I don't think anyone knows me too well. I'm someone's definition of a rock in real life. Obviously, the family is of utmost importance, and I have lived through different experiences to become the odd person that I am today. Now, what makes a difference are the friends. Friends are just as important in my life. I value friendships beyond belief. I take them into very serious consideration, and I set them as first priority. Nothing precedes friendships. To lose a friend is to to kill a part of me. Most of the time, I do my best to be a good friend, and NEVER will I give up a friend. But, if I give up someone/something, it'll be myself. Not that I give up on myself, but that I give up my life for someone elses, or I give up my time to someone else. I'm in a weird situation right now with my friends. See, I like this one guy and I'm pretty sure she does too. She has a much better chance of going out with him. He made out with her. I've always been jealous of their friendship. I like him so much and she's one of my better friends. And sometimes just her presence makes me a little irritated. I don't know. There seems to be something about me that she ccan't stand too. Once she asked me something about our assignment and I felt like ripping her fake head off the next minute.  artsymodel: I usually avoid them. occasionally i will get too mad at them and kind of be mean and nice at the same time. it's hard to explain.  seashelle: I ignore them and avoid them. You can let them know that you aren't quite comfortable with them, but don't hate them. Everyone can be friends, it just depends how close or far you are. I tend to tolerate a whole range of things, and that's the way I am. I like to make friends with everyone, and if I dislike what someone does, I'll tell him that, but I won't dislike the person usually. If I dislike the person, I still assist him, but I just don't tell him what I'd tell my closer friends. I'd retain my privacy etc. I don't ignore people. That's just being rude, and doing that makes you nothing better. Anyways, I feel that the best way to deal with them is to treat them as if they were your friends. In fact, my meanings have now come from your defintions. If I knew the answer to the question, I don't think I would have failed my first experience. Now, my answer isn't even of significance any more. Regardless, I think that love can separate into 3 types: Family, Friends, and Lovers. The family love is one such that NOT only does the blood bind them, but also their relations in growing together. A family's love comes from caring and responsibility. It is very important, and the powers of it are obvious to some, oblivious to others. Then comes friendship love. Friends can love one another by taking FULL responsibility of a friend, and not being a pass-by-today type person. It is one to have a friend, as a regular friend, but another to call him your close friend. You can care for him, do things for him, and be there to talk to him. But, those tasks are hard to achieve, and even harder on a grand scale. It's hard to be a good friend to everyone. Loving a friend is of very large significance. Sometimes, your one word can make a difference. Then comes lovers. This is the hardest to achieve because you have to not only gain trust, but to also gain spiritual binding love. Gaining trust is part of being a friend, but to gain that spiritual bind is hard. It takes time, effort, and patience. You have to be there when she needs you. You have to do your best to help her out. You have to take your time slowly, inch-by-inch, in understanding what she needs/wants. One of the most important things is that you have to be able to speak comfortably to her, and her to you. Happiness is always a part of love, and will, itself, come into existence when the time has come. Caring is another important aspect. To feel that someone actually is there to see how you do and what you feel is to change your world into one of reaity, not just dreams and fantasies. And, what may become of this is that your one word can change her actions. Your one word can change her world from a purposeless existence to one of importance. What does love mean to me? I don't really know. But, I can say that when love comes to me, I do my best to keep it. I try to make the most out of it. I try not to fail or cause dissapointment in it. Naw...Several ultimate goals. I have 3 basic categories for my goals: 1. To Become A Succesful Computer Progammar, Teacher, Or A Professional At Least Within The Fields Of Mathematics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Or Mechanical Engineering; 2. To Be A Good Friend Forever To Most, If Not Everyone; 3. Most Importantly, To Have A Successful Relationship, Be A Good Husband, And Be A Good Father. Now, for those that know me, computer programming has ALWAYS been my course of study. I've ALWAYS wanted to be a programmer, and I hope to become one in the future. I've studied Visual Basic since 7th grade, and now, I know several programming languages: DHTML, Visual Basic, Javascript, and C++. I can't say that I'm a complete expert at each one, but I have a pretty decent knowledge of each one. If anyone gave me a project, I WOULD THINK that time would only be the factor, though it just might be that I'm not good enough for the project. Secondly, to be the best friend I can be. That has been an on-going goal in my life. I've failed in certain friendships, and some that have seen my AIM profile know that I've gone through some problems before. Regardless, I still try to be the best friend possible. I do what I can MANY TIMES without question for any friend. I've taken time to tutor people and many other things. I always try to be there when people need me, and I always feel bad when I'm not there. Last and most important of all is a succesful relationship. Part of this goal comes from what I see in my grandfather. I am, basically, an image of my grandfather, and I don't want that because my grandfather has 2 wives, and he messed up the family. He wasn't that great of a husband, and he was not very responsible. He didn't take his duty as a father well either. Because my I am, in many respects, an image of my grandfather, I intend to change that. I don't want to be a failure in these important aspects. I want to be a good husband. I want to love my wife and give in to her wants/needs. I want her to know that I am what I intend to be. I want her to know that I am faithful and loyal to her and that I care a lot about her. I want to also be a good father. I want to take my responsibilities as a father and do my best to be a good example, though I have many flaws. I want my children to live honest, truthful lives, and for them to love the family, not disdain the troubles. I admit that these 3 goals are extremely hard to achieve, but, even though I'm not married, I am doing and will continue to do my best in these 3 categories.  thug_bunny: I'm 14...
