 djhowty: no correlation at all.
 jmasterson: Technology, some of which has contributed to global warming, has been increasing along with the global mean temperature. This technology, such as radar, instant communication, and aircraft, has made piracy way less profitable than it used to be, and its way easier to catch any would be pirates. :)
