Tell them you'll stick by them  firebringer: I'd tell them that they could come and stay at my house any time they needed to get away, I'd tell them that I love them and I'm there for them, I'd try and help them to realise that drinking wasn't going to help, I would pray for them, I would get them to talk about it as much as possible, I would take them out and make them laugh lots, I would let them know that I was thinking of them, I would make sure they never forgot how special they were, I would encourage them to concentrate on school and not let their marks slip, I would inform them of legal and emotional action they could take to sedate their abusive family member, and.... yeah, anything I could  Danbnz: hm. I'd tell them i'm there for them and they should really get some help if it's that bad (i'd probably want to ring the cops or someone even if they didn't want to, but i may not because it is their choice even if it is the wrong one). Afterwards I thought I had a crush on this girl, but I didn't... I hate how dreams trick you like that..  ShinyEyes: hmmm...I think my favorite dream that I've had was the one where this guy I like and I went through the gym locker rooms for some weird reason, and he was looking for a place for us to have sex, but there were already people having sex or making out in all of the stalls, lol, so we just hung out and then somehow we ended up at my grandparent's house, and the only people there were me, him, my grandma and my mom (at first).
