Where is your "you" place? (30 answers)  UnknownMisfit01: I kinda hate being alone. Sometimes though I think it's best to be alone or have alone time because it helps you think maybe.  tuggy: I don't have alone time anymore, some people decided that it was unhealthy for me, and being with people all the time ironically is driving me crazy. I used to thrive off solitary moments. My you place used to be with my ex girlfriend lol  axedmoon: I like a balance of time with others and being alone. Doesn't really matter where.. so long as I'm alone.  liv28: I very much value alone time. I need a certain amount per week, or else I will get a bit overwhelmed. The city is my place. It always changes, sometimes I go to turtle hill, sometimes to a cafe with a backyard, twin peaks, the park. My "me" place is a Utopia in my mind, a green field with various trees scattered around, providing little oases of shade.  Phosphoric: too much alone time confines you to depth of thought where you cannot really connect as well with people in casual social settings. im not sure where my place is, ive been trying to figure that out for a while now.  dcjl7468: Quite a lot. I'm very much a day-dreamer and although I enjoy company and get depressed if I spend too long alone, I definately need a decent amount of solitary time in order to stay sane and reasonably happy.  CoolMatt24: I do prefer time by myself, because I'm very uncomfortable and self-conscious around people. It's my sanctuary, my retreat, my escape. Unless it was preciseless the same with just the gender reversed, I'm not sure it would have the same audience as Harry potter does. But you never know. The paintings are mostly landscape scenes and the only sketch I have in mind is a copy of one by Modigliani portraying a female dancer. In my room, I have mostly photos and cross-sections of aircraft, lol, as well as one of the palace of Versailles, my old school photographs and a cute little painting which I recall has lots of elephants in it!  CoolMatt24: At the moment no, but I'm looking to get some posters for my room.
