: no it does not, unless your really young then maybe. Sometimes you'll be considered one just by the way one dresses. If you sleep with multiple people in a small amount of time and word gets out then you would be. If you've just had sex with one person or with two people in say a 3 or 4 month time period then no, I would say not.
