That they're not strong enough to face reality and so they take the "easy way out"  drgnfly06: I think that people that think its the easy way out are wrong. I also think that if you're gonna do it, then do it. And realistically, why try to stop a person? No matter what you do at that one moment makes no difference for their future decisions. The only way to "cure" a person from suicidal thoughts would be to help them discover why they want to die & if it is really worth it. To them it may be, but in the circle of life it really won't make a difference how they die. Everyone will someday. This may sound harsh, but this is truly how I feel.
