They are several different reasons. Some people are just bitchy & mean, don't give a care about others. Some have emotional problems or really don't know what to do to comfort you, others get not comfort from their friends so when their friends need them the most they act like bitches, some are overall always that way, some could be having a bad day, some could just want to be left alone.
