I also agree with democratic views on gays and abortion (not that I support abortion, but i think it should be up to the woman). In addition, it seems that Democrats have been more successful balancing the budget, and keeping both unemployment and inflation low, in recent years. As for democrats not supporting the army, that's simply not true. Clinton had his share of military engagements. Also, I live in northern california, which is pretty liberal, so I naturally support democrats.
