It will be a new experience but it probably wont last. I know many many many people who got married right out of high school but never lasted only one couple did and they hav ebeen married for 10 years. Just be prepared to work HARD if you want to make it work. I personally think 17/18 is too young to get married. Reason being, is because I think you are too young mentally to handle it. Matters complicate even more if you have a baby.
