I have a theory that when a person acts he always chooses the decision that he feels will improve the world. If he is wrong, he is misguided, not evil. the only act of evil is acting on selfishness, and understanding it. but evil is a collective thing, an evil act...comes from the misguidance or laziness or convictions of a large group of people, not of which can be blamed directly.  little_monkey: There is a book called "The Science of Good and Evil," author slips my mind...Mcdonald? or something. Anyhow, I've heard the guy talk, and would suggest reading this if you can find it. My library doesn't carry it, yours might. Anyhow, the concept of good and evil is very subjective. Evil, unlike what G.W. Bush claims, cannot be stamped out. It is not really a state of being so much as vile actions, right? And angels and demons aren't real.
