If it's not going to be used responsibly and for only medicinal uses then no. But then aren't there any other alternatives?  Would you reform the prison system?  (1 answers)  tomb_raider: Well I really got no problems with the Australian prison system. I think Capital Punishment should be diminished in American states that it exists in. Capital Punishment lets those who are guilty off easily for the crimes they have commited, if they were to spend time thinking about what they done to be in prison and to know what it feels like to have their freedom taken away from them that would be more in favour of serving justice.
