Different points are awarded at different times. Read below to see when you can expect point bonuses to be added to your total points:
The following bonuses are instantly added/removed to your total points:
- Referral Spin Bonus - when someone you referred spins the point wheel, you get the points right away.
- Casino Cash Out - when you cash out of the casino before the end of the day, you'll get your points immediately.
- Casino Buy-in - when you buy chips for the casino, they are instantly debited from your total points.
- Word Hunt - the moment you finish the word hunt, your bonus points are awarded!
The following bonuses are added/debited to your account only once per day:
- Daily Points - 12:05AM - your daily points don't get added to your total points until the following day.
- Casino Bonus - 12:12AM - if you don't cash out in the middle of the day, your casino chips will be converted to points at 12:12AM. This is also when the top 3 overall winners get their prizes of 3,000, 2,000, and 1,000 respectively.
- Casino Game Winner Bonus - 12:12AM - if you're the top winner in a casino game, you'll get the 500 point bonus the next morning!
- Auction Item Purchase - 12:15AM - if you're the top bidder on an auction, the points will be deducted from your total points at this time.
- Panthera Survey Bonus - 1:10AM - if you took a Panthera survey, you'll get 500 points award just after 1AM the next day.
- Hotties Winner - 12:03AM - if you win our 7teens contest, you'll get the points at the end of the week at this time.
- Radio Bonus - 12:05AM - if you listened to Student.com Radio the previous day, you'll get the Radio Bonus just after midnight.
- Q/P/FOTD Bonus - 1:01AM - when you answer daily questions, polls, or factoids, you get a bonus at this time depending on your streak. Check the Daily section for more details.
